After completing numerous successful projects for HCC over the past 3 years we have established a flourishing working relationship. In July 2019 we applied for the preferred contractor framework.

We are excited and proud to announce that we have been awarded LOT 5- refurbishments, extensions and new builds £200k - £1.5M with our bid securing 1st place out of the 5 successful contractors. The works will typically consist of projects in the education and public sectors located throughout Hertfordshire.

I would like to congratulate the EI Projects team and all of our associated partners for their continuing hard work and dedication to our company ethos. We look forward to enhancing our relationship with HCC over the coming years and completing projects that will go above and beyond their expectations.
